Our mobile scanning team travels across Europe to your garage, workshop or private location to capture high-precision 3D scan data of any sports car, supercar, classic vehicle or daily driver. Our in-house European automotive designers craft aerodynamic body kits tailored to European road standards, track styling and perfect vehicle fitment, eliminating fitment errors caused by overseas designers unfamiliar with EU car models.
Once your design is finalised, all physical parts are manufactured at our large-scale industrial 3D printing facility in China. We utilise weatherproof PETG/ASA, carbon-filled composite and PLA materials, with full post-processing including sanding, seam filling and primer coating. Every order is consolidated and shipped via dedicated air freight straight to your European address, cutting production costs by up to 60% compared to local EU print manufacturers without sacrificing service quality.
