Section 1 – Shipping Information
1.1 Shipping Coverage
We deliver finished 3D printed exterior car parts door-to-door to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
Our on-site mobile 3D scanning service operates across more than 15 European countries for vehicle measurement appointments.
1.2 Production & Air Freight Lead Times
Custom 3D Printed Aero Parts
Total standard turnaround: 7–12 business days
Time breakdown: 2–3 business days for factory printing production + 5–9 business days air freight transit from China to European door delivery
Expedited rush production upgrade is available (additional expedite fee required; contact support for exact rush timelines).
Digital STL Design Files & Scan Data
Digital files will be sent via cloud download link within 48 hours upon full payment confirmation; no physical shipping applies.
On-Site Vehicle Scanning
Your scanning appointment date depends on your location within Europe. Our team will confirm available time slots during your quote consultation.
1.3 Shipping Cost Rules
Shipping fees are calculated based on part volume, weight and delivery country, fully displayed on your custom quote before order confirmation with no hidden charges.
Wholesale bulk orders for tuning shops: Consolidated group shipments lower unit freight cost with tiered volume discounts available.
Expedited air freight upgrades are offered for customers needing fast delivery for car shows, track races and vehicle build deadlines.
All listed shipping fees include standard EU customs clearance processing. Import VAT and local duties are the recipient’s responsibility per your national customs regulations.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your printed parts depart our manufacturing facility in China, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address for real-time transit monitoring until final delivery.
1.5 Damaged, Lost or Delivered Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, goes missing or is severely delayed:
Contact our support team at support@mastrauto3d.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
Provide your order number, tracking ID and clear photos of damaged packaging and defective components.
We will resolve your case with free reprint reshipment or proportional monetary compensation based on your situation.
Section 2 – Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Rules separated by our three core service lines: on-site scanning, custom CAD design and physical 3D printed components.
2.1 Order Cancellation Before Service Commencement
Vehicle Scan Booking Cancellation
Full 100% refund if you cancel your scheduled scan at least 72 hours before your appointment.
50% service fee will be withheld for late cancellation (less than 72 hours’ notice) or no-shows to cover scanner travel and labour expenses.
Custom CAD Design Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel before our designers start initial sketch work.
60% of the design fee will be refunded if draft files have already been delivered to you; 40% is retained to compensate completed design labour.
Physical Print Order Cancellation
Full refund of printing and shipping fees if cancelled before production starts.
No full refund will be issued once printing has begun; partial store credit may be offered based on production progress.
2.2 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds on Physical 3D Printed Parts
All our aero kits are custom manufactured to match your specific vehicle and design requirements, so standard mass-market return policies do not apply.
You must fully inspect all goods within 24 hours of receipt. Capture clear photos and reach out to us immediately for transit damage or factory defects; failure to notify us within this window will be deemed acceptance of undamaged goods.
Free reprint or partial refund is only available if:
1.Critical fitment errors caused by mistakes from our scanning or design team (excluding fit issues arising from customer vehicle modifications after scanning);
2.Severe manufacturing defects including layer separation, structural cracks or incomplete prints, with photo evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery;
3.Parts broken due to inadequate packaging during international transit.
4.Refunds and returns will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
5.Customer simply changes their mind after receiving finished custom parts;
6.Minor layer texture marks on printed items, which are inherent characteristics of additive manufacturing (surface finishing add-ons are available to improve appearance);
7.Damage caused by improper installation, road impact, collisions or post-delivery vehicle modifications;
8.Orders using customer self-supplied STL files – we only provide printing services and take no liability for design fitment issues;
9.Digital scan data, STL design files and membership library downloads – digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery;
10.Component deformation caused by improper storage in unventilated, high-temperature environments after delivery; heat warping is not classified as a manufacturing quality defect.
2.3 Remedy Options for Qualified Defective Goods
For eligible damaged or faulty printed parts, choose one of the two solutions below:
Option A: Complimentary reprint plus free expedited reshipping
Option B: Partial monetary refund calculated based on the value of damaged components
We do not accept physical returns of large bulky aero kits back to China due to extremely high international return shipping costs. All disputes will be resolved via re-production or monetary compensation instead of product returns.
2.4 Post-Processing Add-On Terms
Sanding, primer coating and surface refinement are bespoke finishing services. No refunds or returns will be accepted for aesthetic preferences once post-processing work is completed.
2.5 B2B Wholesale & Annual Membership Terms
All tuning shop annual membership fees, exclusive regional design licensing fees and bulk pre-order deposits are non-refundable after activation or project launch. Custom dispute resolutions can be discussed separately for our long-term partner garages.
