Customer needed a custom front lip without OEM data and wanted a fast, high-detail fitment prototype before committing to durable outdoor production or an FRP mould.

Solution

On-site exterior scan, CAD surfacing for fitment, SLA resin print for smooth detail and gap checks, then review on the vehicle in Germany. Durable ASA/PA-CF FDM can follow once geometry is signed off.
