Avoid ultra-thin unsupported walls; flexible prints need geometry that flexes intentionally.

Can TPU replace rubber seals OEM-exact?
Sometimes for custom one-offs, but OEM soft-seal chemistry differs. We treat TPU as functional custom trim, not a certified OEM gasket replica.
Is TPU UV stable outdoors?
Depends on grade. For permanent outdoor exposure ask us to confirm grade or consider protective design.
