UV-stable ASA filament for year-round outdoor aero — lips, splitters, arches and trim that park in the sun.
ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is our default outdoor material for street aero parts that see UV and weather. Versus PETG it costs more, but it holds colour and toughness better when the car sits outside.
Use ASA when parts stay mounted year-round. Pair with proper wall thickness and finishing if you plan paint.
Avoid when
You need maximum stiffness for high-downforce track splitters — consider PA-CF instead.
